I'm in chamber 19, and I'm somewhat frustrated. Here's my problem:

As you can see, the second to last "swivel plate" has not come out of the wall, making it impossible for me to get the energy ball to the upper level. Is this a bug, or is there something I haven't done? I've seen the walkthrough video for level 19, but haven't noticed anything different from what I'm doing.

There is absolutely no reason for this to happen.
I just checked and this "plate" cannot even stay closed.
Did you try restarting the level?

I tried restarting the level (which unfortunately meant going through chamber 18 again), and the bug did not reappear. Must be some sort of freakish glitch.

That's what I was afraid of.
Sorry that you had to redo chamber 18, I'm going to put a "toggle" function on the button, to avoid this kind of situation.
I'm closing the thread now, thanks for pointing this out.
