chamber 15 : cubes
at the end of the microwave/crusher area there is a cube generator , but it gives 2 cubes on normal game , and only one in developper's notes mode

No, it normally gives out one, in both cases... But at random times it likes to give out two...
There is also a video on youtube where someone shows how you can get a box electrocuted and crushed at the same time and receive two boxes
