Ok, I completed the game (Great, btw!) and unlocked the first 4 advanced chambers. I've completed tham but advanced chamber 17 and 19 dont get unlocked. Bug? Can you tell me if there's a way to unlock them via console? Anyway, congratulations for the fantastic mod.

ha? strange!

if you want to unlock the next room just play again and finish the same chamber on the main story.
each advanced room is unlocked just after u finish the normal version.

Maybe you cheated to get past the 17 and 19 test chambers ?

but I already did that and it didnt work!

That's strange, so far we've never met this problem before.
And there's no way to unlock it via the console.

I have encountered the same bug but more serious.

Completed the game from start to finish and none of the test chambers or trials have been unlocked at all.

I hit "new game" and all of the chapters have been unlocked.

I have not used cheats, or even have +console enabled via the shortcut.

I just played through maps 4-6 and a few have been unlocked now.

Guess I just do the game again.

I'll take a look, but still, we never had this problem.

I use quick load and save a lot, I made sure I didn't when I was replaying the map.

That is about my only theory (that resuming part way through a level will not count), sorry I can't be more help.

Yep I've got the same problem... But maybe Shard is right. I use those a gazillion times while playing.

I have the same problem as well.

As I was playing through the game I noticed the 'Bonus Maps' option was flashing and I assume that means I've unlocked some of the advanced/challenge maps. After I finished game I got the new title screen but the Bonus Maps option was no longer flashing and when I click on Bonus Maps every last one of them is locked.

Same Problem also. Only 1 advanced chamber unlocked, and i've finished the game.

Also, do you need to finish a chapter to unlock it? Because I didn't unlock the the last chapter from the 'new game' menu untill after i finished the game. But that doesn't really matter.

Yep, I only had the last advanced chamber unlocked after I finished the game.

You don't need to finish a chapter to unlock advanced maps. I went back to unlock some of them, and you only need to finish the test chamber, not the complete chapter.

I had the same problem too. The first advanced rooms and challenges until room 12 were locked and after unlocked when I had just finished the game the first time. But I noticed that I had restarted the game when I arrived at the 14th room before finishing the game and when I exited the game at this point, I quit it directly without saving my game. I didn't use the item "Stop game" in the game's menu, I used directly the exit item.

I checked the updates of the bonus maps the second time I did the game and all were unlocked during the party. Nevertheless, all chapters were unlocked at the beginning of my second party like the comments.

Weird!

i had this problem... when i had finished the game none of the bonus maps were unlocked...
since i have had to manually install many mods for portal i knew how to fix this though...

open 'C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\portal prelude\scripts\advanced_chambers\advanced_chambers.bns' and 'C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\portal prelude\scripts\challenges\challenges.bns' with notepad...
every time you see "lock" "1"... change the 1 to a zero... this unlocks the maps...
