Oh, sorry I wasn't talking about LPC. I agree with you on that though, but least time or least steps should probably have all the record holders.

The easy 2 second cut came from a minor adjustment; I basically did it the way you solve for 4 portals (after flinging myself past the sentries to the ledge, I shoot a portal on the ground and as I'm falling shoot one into the last room, on the ground so that I fling up and into the hallway with the exit.)

I haven't had much of a chance with this level but I would imagine you could find a good way to slice into your last 2 portals so that you get a good fling into the last hallway right into an ABH.

As I mention in the video, you can knock the camera off from the fling, but it's a pain in the ass and I just wanted to get a video up to show the general strategy.  The real pain though is getting the camera held in the right position and then positioning it right in the doorway to get through.  15 or lower should be achieved if someone takes the time to play this one.

Another thing to figure out with this is the end: it takes about 2 seconds from the time you are right over the camera in the doorway until the time stops in the elevator.  However, with the camera being stuck in the door, there are all kinds of weird glitches that cause major flings when you jump on that camera, and I had a run today where I jumped on the camera at 21 and it flung me straight into the elevator and I finished at 21 (it probably took 1/2 a second or less as opposed to easily 2 full seconds).  If we could find a way to make a consistent fling, it would shave a few more seconds off and I could see as low as 13 being possible in the future.
