where's lvl 11?. I get Domo wall
Always when I leave the elevator to lvl 11 I find a wall with the domo on it and I can't do nothing.
I tried chapter 3 four times now and is always the same.
This is exactly wat I get http://www.portalprelude.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=85
I tried it with a friend at the same time doing the same things and he didn't get the domo wall
Also in the new game menu I can select chapter 4 but it doesn't load.

Maybe it didn't install correctly... I would suggest to search for the file containing the map in the /maps/ directory where prelude is installed... The files are named logically so it should have something like 'chapter 4' in it somewhere...
If it's not there I would suggest reinstalling the game, or, when that doesn't help, manually reinstall the game (extract files to proper directory, add to steam etc...).
