Hi All,
I tried installing the game several times last night, the installer always fails on level05_commentry_37.wav (or something).

I've tried downloading it again from a different mirror but same issue, is there a zipped version i can install manually?

you can use 7zip in order to unzip file manualy from the .exe
just drag n drop the content of portal prelude fil in your steamapp folder
